Biographical Info
Evangelist Hannah F. Boone has served as the Assistant Pastor of the Christ Gospel Church “Love Center” of Whitesboro, New Jersey for over 25 years and has been a member for over 45 years. She comes from an ecclesiastical family and is the daughter of Evangelist Rhoda Rice and Deacon Joseph Rice.
Her spiritual roots were developed as a member of Christ Gospel Church in Atlantic City for 23 years under the leadership of Bishop Hobert Taliaferro. At an early age, God was pulling on the heart of Pastor Boone and she was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost at age 8. She then heard the call of God for a life of ministry at the young age of 14. She heeded that call and God anointed her life for service.
Evangelist Boone later joined Christ Gospel Church in Whitesboro under the leadership of District Elder John Brooks, where the Lord strengthened her greatly. As souls were being added to the kingdom at Christ Gospel Church, Pastor Boone transitioned into full-time ministry and was appointed as the Assistant Pastor of the Church under the leadership of Bishop Edgar D. Robinson, Jr. She continues to serve in this capacity to this day. Pastor Boone is a tremendous asset to Bishop Robinson and the CGC “Love Center” family. She is instrumental in many areas of service, including the startup of the Women’s Recovery Group, initiating the morning Prayer Line, training the ministerial staff, counseling those in need, comforting the bereaved, visiting the sick, teaching, preaching, praying and serving in any capacity as God has called. Pastor Boone has also served for many years with the New Jersey District Council Women’s Ministry as the Vice President and then served as President for over 10 years.
Her life of service and ministry reaches beyond the walls of Christ Gospel and the NJDC. She has preached conferences, revivals, led seminars, and provided spiritual training all over the East Coast. Pastor Boone proclaims, “to the utmost Jesus Saves!” She has a passion for winning souls and witnessing the “new birth” experience. Her life exudes her commitment to God and the joy of the Lord being her strength.
Pastor Boone a widow and proud mother of two daughters, Lori and Kim and three grandchildren. After the passing of her sisters, she accepted the honor of matriarch of her Rice nieces and nephews. She is a mentor and “Godmother” to many others.
Much more can be said about this anointed servant of the Most High God. However, Pastor Boone humbly proclaims that all honor and all glory belongs to God… if it had not been for God on her side, she would not have been able to stand. “Having obtained help from God, she continues unto this day.” To God be the Glory, he does all things well!
